Step 1:

First of all download the latest version of Redsn0w RC15, as we know Redsn0w is for Windows and Mac both so download it according to your operating system.
Step 2:

Open the latest downloaded version of Redsn0w and browse for the Respected  firmware file which will be iOS 4.3.3.
